The Cool Springs House Pricing
RENTAL FEES
The Cool Springs House is available to rent seven days a week, with the exception of some holidays. For full availability, see our event calendar. Rental periods are from 9:00am until 11:00pm.
April-November
Saturday, 9am-11pm: $1,750
Friday/Sunday, 9am-11pm: $1,250
Monday-Thursday, 9am-11pm: $1,100
Monday- Thursday, 5pm-11pm: $650
Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm: $450
december-March
Saturday, 9am-11pm: $1,150
Friday/Sunday, 9am-11pm: $950
Monday-Thursday, 9am-11pm: $850
Monday- Thursday, 5pm-11pm: $500
Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm: $350

DISCOUNTS + BUNDLES
Weekend Buy-Out
Rent the Cool Springs House for the whole weekend. Use Friday to set up for your event, Saturday to host your special day, and Sunday to break everything down. 9:00am-11:00pm access each day for a total of $3,050. Discount only available 90 days prior to booked Saturday event date. Cleaning fee not included.
Bundle
Client may bundle a Friday or Sunday date, if available 90 days prior to booked Saturday event date, for a special rate of $650.00 each in addition to their Saturday rental.
30 DAYS OUT Discount
Book your weekend event less than 30 days out and receive a 50% discount on rental fees.
14 days out ADD-ON
If the day prior to your booked date is still open 14 days prior to your event, you may add on any four hours for a special rate of $350.
