Business Meeting Rentals
Corporate meeting space is available seven days a week. Each corporate rental comes with a large conference room with 18 conference chairs, a TV for presentations, an upstairs lounge area for breaks, three restroom facilities inside, and a kitchen.
Pricing
Monday - thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm: $300
Monday - Thursday, 5:00pm-11:00pm: $450

REQUIREMENTS
In addition to the rental fees listed above, we do require a cleaning fee. This does not include a cleaning of the entire home, only the meeting space and the three restrooms. If you wish to use the entire home an additional cleaning fee would be required.
