Vendor Guide
Here at the Cool Springs House, you have the benefit of bringing in any vendor of your choosing. Our only requirements are that your tent, and rental vendors must be licensed and insured. Although we have no preference for one vendor over another, below is a list of vendors we have seen working at our property in the past to help narrow your search.
If you use any of the tent and/or rentals vendors listed below, we already have their Certificate of Insurance on file, and you will not need to request this document from them again when it comes time to turn in your final documents.
