With 12 years of experience in the wedding industry, Kesha brings a vast knowledge of management, organization and production for all types of events - with a focus on high end, luxury weddings. Kesha’s love for the event world, her positive outlook, and anything that can be planned, shines in her personality.  When Kesha is not managing the City of Brentwood’s event venues, she loves being with her husband Dean, being outdoors; whether it is camping, hiking or fishing. But her favorite pastime is spending time with her two daughters Ella & Piper!

Fun fact: Kesha’s degree is in theater production.

EVENT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Emily has worked in the wedding and event industry for many years as both a former venue director and wedding planner. She is a compulsive list and schedule maker whose methodical brain ensures we continue to run like a well oiled machine.

Fun fact: You won’t find Emily without a book with her.

Claire Ottinger | claire.ottinger@brentwoodtn.gov

Claire started with the City of Brentwood in 2018 working as an Event Venue Rep at our sister venue, Ravenswood Mansion. She has worked in the event industry in multiple venue settings since graduating college with a degree in Strategic Communications at Lipscomb University. Today at the Cool Springs House, she works as Kesha’s right hand gal in marketing. Her keen eye for detail help ensure that we stay looking our best at all times!

Fun fact: She has a golden doodle named Biscuit.
