Payment Methods

If you wish to pay by check, please make all checks payable to the City of Brentwood and mail to City of Brentwood: Attention: The Cool Springs House, and P.O. Box 788, Brentwood, TN 37024.

If you wish to pay by credit card, please go to our credit card payment page and follow the instructions listed.

What happens if I miss a payment?

The City will send you a reminder about your payment being due ensuring you know that all documents and payments coming up are going to be due at a certain date. If the date passes, and documents and payments have not been received or paid, then the City will freeze your account and you will receive an Immediate Action Required notice. At that time, you have one week to make a payment and bring in the proper documents, or the City reserves the right to cancel your event at the end of that 1-week mark. 
 

What does the $200 cleaning fee cover?

The cleaning fee is to be used for deep cleaning of the house after use. For more details on what this fee covers, see our cleaning fee FAQ page.
 

What happens if I need to cancel my event?

Please contact the Event Venue Director as soon as possible if you need to cancel your date. Cancelation details may be found in your contract, and depend on the timing in which you are canceling.
