The house presents itself as a Victorian farmhouse on the outside, but areas of the inside remain the original log cabin. With capacity for a standing reception up to 100 or seating for up to 80, the Cool Springs House will ensure your guests feel right at home.
From holiday parties to rehearsal dinners, the inside of the house is the perfect spot for any style event!
Outside Events
Surrounded by lush green grounds, the Cool Springs House accommodates up to 150 guests outside making it the ideal location for your next social event. Greet your guests on our charming front porch, and then head out back for your festivities, whatever they may be.
The outside of the house is perfect for larger parties, while still allowing access to the inside. Client’s may also choose to tent the outside areas in the event of rain, or a need for shade.
