OUTDOORS

The Cool Springs House is located in Crockett Park, which is a public park owned and maintained by the City of Brentwood. As such, anyone is welcome to come to our park and shoot on the grounds and around the outside of the house anytime during park hours. The park is open dawn until dusk.

However, if a private event has been booked, photography is NOT allowed in the areas immediately surrounding the house. Please check our event calendar prior to your session.

INDOORS

Beginning 12/1/19: For photography inside the house, an hourly booking is required. We only accept indoor photography session bookings on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 9am-4pm on days when other events are not booked. The hourly rate is $50 with a two hour minimum.

Included with this booking is full use of the inside and outside of our house, as well as our bridal and grooms suites for dressing.

NOTE: Private use of the house is NOT guaranteed during this time, as tours and/or maintenance may be going on as well. For guaranteed private use inside the house, a regular event booking is required. See our standard event pricing for more information.
